Participants will be required to compile and submit a statement form, indicating all previous contact sport experience, which will then be used to categorise their level of ability. This design makes boxfit very versatile to accommodate people of all fitness levels wherever you are a beginner or more experienced.
The classes will involve punching with gloves and pads in combination with cardiovascular exercises including star jumps, squats and lunges. Abdominal exercises are also included to complete a full body workout.
